For best results, cook from frozen. Do not defrost or par cook. Appliances may vary, the following are guidelines only. Remove all packaging.
Hotplate: Pre-heat hotplate to 190°C and add some oil. Place the Philly Steak on the oil. Cook for 4-5 mins as follows:
Cook on one side until the meat starts to thaw, approximately 2-3 minutes. Turn with a spatula. After 1-2 minutes, pull the slices of steak apart with a spatula. Keep turning the pieces over to ensure even cooking and that no red spots remain. Ensure product is fully cooked before serving. Do not re-heat.
