For best results, cook from frozen. Do not defrost or par cook. Appliances may vary, the following are guidelines only. Remove all packaging.
Pre-heat hotplate to 190°C and add some oil. Place the Philly Steak on the oil. Cook for 3-4 minutes as follows:
Cook on one side until the meat starts to thaw, approximately 1-2 minutes. Turn with a spatula. Keep turning the piece over to ensure an even cooking and that no red spots remain.
Ensure product is fully cooked before serving.
