Big Al’s Fully Cooked 2oz Burgers are made with 85% British and Irish Beef, fully traceable to the farm of origin.

These frozen burgers are perfect for single or batch cooking, just heat in an oven or microwave in minutes. Each patty is consistent in size and flavour, this allows real ease of service and customer satisfaction every time.

Cooking Time + Instructions
Microwave:

Remove from packaging. Place the burger on a non-metallic plate, cover with microwavable cling film.

1000W – 60 secs

1900W – 35 secs

Allow to stand for 30 seconds.

Combi Oven:

Pre-heat combi-oven to 200°C/400°F. Place product on a baking tray and cook for 6-8 minutes. Turn half way through cooking.

Allow to stand for 30 seconds.

Other cooking or serving instructions:

Cook from frozen. Please ensure product is piping hot before serving.
