Deep Fry: Pre-heat the oil to 180?C/350?F.
Carefully place Big Al’s Southern Fried Chicken Goujons into the oil. Cook for 4-5 minutes. Drain and Serve.
Combi Oven: Pre-heat the oven to 190?C/375?F on dry heat setting. Place Big Al’s Southern Fried Goujons on a flat baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 12 – 14 minutes, turning half way through.
Ensure product is piping hot before serving.
