Big Al’s Brunch Burgers offer you the perfect opportunity to cash in on the booming breakfast market.
A convenient offering, that tastes great and is easy to prepare. Our Big Al’s Brunch Burger is a raw patty made from 96% premium Irish pork and seasoned with sage and nutmeg to make it really flavoursome. Simply serve in a toasted muffin, or brioche bun with a poached egg, spinach, and hollandaise sauce to create a brunch consumers can’t wait to munch.
As all appliances vary in performance, the below are guidelines only. Remove all packaging. Not suitable for microwave cooking. For best results cook from frozen.
Cook on hotplate for 3 mins 30 seconds to 5 mins 30 seconds, turning occasionally during cooking. Drain well before serving. Cook product to a core temperature of 75°C.
Ensure burgers are piping hot throughout, juices run clear and no pink colours remain before serving.
