The University Catering Organisation (TUCO) Conference is taking place next month from the 23rd to the 25th July at the University of Hull and Big Al’s is exhibiting – come and visit the team on stand 5!
The conference showcases the biggest names in the university catering industry to share their experience and insight in operating in the sector, as well as a busy programme of keynote speakers, delegate tours and live lounge sessions.
Always a jam-packed event, full of opportunities to learn and keep up to date with the latest trends in the industry, this year’s event has a strong focus on the social and digital sphere, sustainability and will address challenges in the UK food system, as well as explore global trends.
