Big Al’s Double Rack of Ribs makes the perfect solution to the rising popularity of all that is BBQ while ensuring smooth operational ease in the kitchen.


These ribs are cooked low and slow to keep the meat juicy and tender, drawing out their incredible taste. A sweet and smokey BBQ sauce is added to further intensify the flavour.


This double rack of pork ribs not only looks the part, it tastes delicious too. Serve up center-plate in just minutes, a popular customer choice on pub & hotel menus.

Defrost Instructions: Defrost in a refrigerator overnight and keep refrigerated until use. Use within 3 days of defrost. Once opened, use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze.


Cook from defrost only.

Remove all packaging  and separate the rib racks prior to cooking.

Pre-heat oven to 180°C. Place on a tray and cover with aluminium foil. Cook for 18-20 minutes. Remove foil and cook for a further 4-6 minutes.

All appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Adjust times to suit your appliance.

Check product is piping hot throughout before serving and do not reheat.
