Lean philly steak cooked with onions and peppers for a delicious mix of beef and flavor, fully loaded on a bed of cheesy golden fries and dressed with a splash of garlic mayo. Love it Loaded!

Big Al’s Philly Steak
Freshly Grated cheese
Golden crisp fries
Fried peppers
Fried onion
Garlic mayo

what to do

Melt cheddar cheese over crispy golden fries.
Cook Philly steak on a hotplate at 190°C and with sesame some oil. Place the Philly Steak on the oil. Cook for 4-5 mins.
Fry off onions and peppers.
Add the Big Al’s Philly Steak with Peppers to the fries and cheese.
Splash a generous serving of garlic mayo.
