Spicy Chicken Goujon Ciabatta

For a lunch time favourite, just add Big Al’s Breaded Chicken Goujons to the Deli Delicious Seeded ciabatta with some spice, add hot sauce, sliced peppers and jalapenos then a layer of cool mayo.

what you'll need

Big Al’s Breaded Chicken Goujons
Deli Delicious Seeded Ciabatta
Frank's Hot Sauce
Mayonnaise
Jalapeno peppers
Baby Gem lettuce

what to do

Warm the ciabatta bread on the griddle.
Mix franks hot sauce and mayonnaise together and apply to ciabatta.
Cook the Goujons in a pan or oven as per instructions on the pack.
Place 3 chicken goujons in the ciabatta.
Slice the jalapeno peppers and add to the chicken.
Lastly, top with fresh baby gem lettuce
