Lightly toast seeded bun.
Dollop mayo on bottom.
Layer with fresh leafy lettuce
Cook the Big Al’s Battered Chicken BurgerBurger as follows: Deep Fry at 180°C 4 mins OR until a core temperature of 75°C is reached.
Place burger on top.
Add more mayo to the top bun and serve.
