  1. Lightly toast brioche bun.
  2. Spread mayo on bottom.
  3. Add some leafy lettuce.
  4. Chicken is ready to serve: Please defrost sealed bag in a chill (0°C-4°C) over 12 hours. Once defrosted keep chilled and use within 48 hours.
  5. Place chicken breast on bun.
  6. Sprinkle tomato and onion mix or pickle de gallo
  7. Add more  mayo to the top.
