From restaurant to café, fast-food outlets to catering service, Big Al’s provides quality burgers, consistent in weight, shape & size every time.
Hot plate: Cook on a Hotplate preheated to 190°C for 3 minutes on the first side, turn the product over and cook for a further 2½ minutes on the second side.
Ensure cooked burger is piping hot throughout, juices run clear and no pink meat remains, before serving.
