SIGNATURE CHARACTERISTICS

FLAVOUR: Crafted using prime Irish beef combined with Red Bell Peppers to produce a bold, punchy flavour. Containing 24% fat, the beefy flavour creates a tender and juicy burger.

TEXTURE: A deliciously meaty burger made using our tender form filling process giving it a looser bound texture matched with firey mouth feel from the hot chilli peppers.

VISUAL: Don’t just taste the firey peppers, spot them speckled through the burger too, giving better visual appeal. Perfectly pair the patty with a 5inch brioche bun.
Cooking Time + Instructions
Cook on hotplate for 9 to 11 minutes, turning occasionally during cooking. Drain well before serving. Cook product to a core temperature of 75°C.
