There is reason this classic never dies, it's so damn juicy! Fully cooked beef burger, topped with bacon and smothered with melted chedder and ketchup resting on a bed of leafy fresh lettuce and creamy mayo

what you'll need

Big Al’s Fully Cooked 6oz Beef Burger
Floured or seeded bun
Cheddar Cheese
Caramelised onion
English mustard
Smokey bacon
Ketchup

what to do

Cook the bacon under a grill or on a griddle.
Cook the Big Al’s Flame Grilled Beef Burger as per instructions.
Lightly toast the bun.
Dress the bun with mustard.
Add the leafy lettuce.
Place the burger with the melted cheese on top.
Then add the bacon.
Top off with caramelised onion.
Squeeze some ketchup on top.
