Smackin Mac and Cheese fritter, crispy and melty paired with 100% Irish Prime beef and topped with crisp streaky bacon

what to do

  1. Toast the Brioche Bun.
  2. Layer some mayo on the bun.
  3. Add the crunchy lettuce.
  4. Cook as follows: Place the burger on a preheated hotplate/skillet cook for 3-5 mins on the first side, then 3 mins on the second side OR until a core temperature of 75°C is reached.
  5. Melt the gouda on the burger.
  6. Place Prime Burger with melted cheese on top.
  7. Add the crispy bacon.
  8. Top with a delicious Mac & Cheese Fritter
