Smoke out your prime burger with BBQ sauce, melted mature cheddar and topped with crispy onions atop soft deli delicious brioche bun

what to do

  1. Toast the Deli Delicious Briche bun on the griddle.
  2. Layer smokey BBQ sauce on the bun.
  3. Add a leaf of crunchy lettuce.
  4. Cook as follows: Place the Prime burger on a preheated hotplate/skillet cook for 3-5 mins on the first side, then 3 mins on the second side OR until a core temperature of 75°C is reached.
  5. Place the Chuck & Brisket 100% Irish beef on top of the lettuce.
  6. Melt some cheese over your burger.
  7. Add some crispy streaky bacon and then sauteed onions.
