John Stone Dry Aged Beef Burger 8oz
Deli Delicious Brioche Bun
Premium Mayo
Lambs lettuce
Crumbled Stilton blue cheese
Sliced, slowly fried Portobello mushroom

what to do

Lightly toast the Deli Delicious Brioche bun.
Layer some mayo.
Add the lamb’s lettuce.
Remove the John Stone Dry Aged Beef Burger 8oz burger from packaging and place it on a hot plate or skillet.
Cook: on a hotplate for 13 to 16 minutes, turning frequently during cooking. Cook product to a core temperature of 75°C.
Place burger on the brioche bun.
Crumble your delicious Stilton blue cheese on top.
Add the crispy fried portobello sliced mushrooms et voilà!
