Beetroot mad with our Big Al’s Beefroot Burger. A simple but tasty burger, the perfect blend of beetroot and crunchy quinoa with 100% Irish Beef, topped with a zesty guacamole, spinach for a light crunch and beetroot mayo for extra flavour

Big Al’s Beefroot Burger
Deli Delicious Mexican Guacamole
Brioche bun
Beetroot mayo
Rocket leaves

what to do

Toast up a mutliseed brioche bun.
Layer some beetroot mayo.
Add a dollop of guacamole.
Cook as follows: Cook on hotplate for 7½ – 8½ minutes, turning occasionally during cooking. Cook product to a core temperature of 75°C.
Place burger on the guacamole.
Top off with some crunchy rocket.
