  1. Lightly toast the bun.
  2. Layer the mayo on the bottom.
  3. Dollop the smashed zesty guacamole on top.
  4. Cook as follows: Place the burger on a preheated hotplate/skillet cook for 7.5-8.5 mins OR until a core temperature of 75°C is reached.
  5. Place the burger on the guacamole.
  6. Top off with cucumber.
