Smoke and Salsa or mexican madness? Big Al's smokey chipotle burger stacked with zesty guacamole, kicking salsa verde and crunchy tortilla chips, it's as close to Mexico you can be!

Toast up the bun.
Spread some mayo.
Add some lettuce on top.
Heat hot plate at 200°C. Place Smokey Chipotle Burger on the hot plate and cook for 3 minutes. Flip and cook for another 3 minutes. Total cook for the Smokey Chipotle Burger: 8 minutes. Ensure the burger is 75°C
Place the Smokey Chipotle Burger.
Top with lettuce.
Dollop a spoon of the guacamole on top.
Add the salsa.
Sprinkle the tortilla chips.
