Mighty Mooshroom Burger

It's a no brainer build, a juicy burger that's made of a blend of delicious chestnut mushroom and 100% Irish beef, on a bed of fresh lettuce & country relish then topped with gouda cheese, grilled mushroom and beer battered onion rings. No Brainer right?

  1. Lightly toast the bun.
  2. Layer on the mayo.
  3. Add a dollop of country relish.
  4. Cook as follows:Place the burger on a preheated hotplate/skillet cook for 7.5-8.5 mins OR until a core temperature of 75°C is reached.
  5. Place the burger in the bun.
  6. Add the melted gauda.
  7. Top with grilled mushrooms.
  8. Finish the build with beer battered onion rings.
