what you'll need

Big Al's Beefroot Burger
Seeded Beetroot Bun
Mayo
Smashed zesty Avocado
Thinly sliced cucumber

what to do

Lightly toast the bun.
Layer the mayo on the bottom.
Dollop the smashed zesty guacamole on top.
Cook as follows: Place the burger on a preheated hotplate/skillet cook for 7.5-8.5 mins OR until a core temperature of 75°C is reached.
Place the burger on the guacamole.
Top off with cucumber.
