The Beefrootie Burger

Beetroot mad with our Big Al’s Beefroot Burger. A simple but tasty burger, the perfect blend of beetroot and crunchy quinoa with 100% Irish Beef, topped with a zesty guacamole, spinach for a light crunch and beetroot mayo for extra flavour

what to do

  1. Toast up a mutliseed brioche bun.
  2. Layer some beetroot mayo.
  3. Add a dollop of guacamole.
  4. Cook as follows: Cook on hotplate for 7½ – 8½ minutes, turning occasionally during cooking. Cook product to a core temperature of 75°C.
  5. Place burger on the guacamole.
  6. Top off with some crunchy rocket.
