Perfect for any part of the day, our eggcellent bacon egg and prime burger is our kind of all-rounder!

what you'll need

Big Al’s Prime Burger
Brioche Bun
Cured Bacon
Fried Egg
Crunchy Lettuce
Ketchup
Mayo

what to do

Lightly toast the Deli Delicious Brioche Bun on the griddle.
Put a thin layer of mayo and ketchup.
Place Crunchy lettuce on top of the bun.
Cook as follows: Place the Big Al’s Prime burger on a preheated hotplate/skillet cook for 3-5 mins on the first side, then 3 mins on the second side OR until a core temperature of 75°C is reached.
Fry the egg sunny side up then place on top of the burger.
Top with cured bacon.
