Feelin’ Classic USA Beef Burger

"Born in the USA", the classic USA beef burger never disappoints, 4oz USA burger with streaky bacon and melted cheddar sitting on fresh leafy lettuce, mayo and juicy beef tomato

what you'll need

Goldstar US Style Burger 4oz
Seeded bun
Mayo
Fried onions
Ketchup
Cheese slice
Streaky bacon
Lettuce
Sliced beef tomato

what to do

Lightly toast the seeded bun.
Add mayo.
Place tomato.
Layer with lettuce.
Cook as follows:Place the Goldstar US Style Burger on a preheated hotplate/skillet & cook for 3 mins on the first side, then 2.5 mins on the second side OR until a core temperature of 75°C is reached.
Top with cheese.
Add streaky bacon.
Pile on the onions.
Smear on some ketchup.
