Mex-I-Can Burger

Take the bull by the horns. Grab yourself a Prime Burger and load it up with tortilla chips, guacamole, lettuce and salsa, all packed into a tasty seeded brioche bun.

what to do

  1. Lightly toast the bread on the griddle.
  2. Place Crunchy lettuce on top of the bun.
  3. Sprinkle the salsa on top of the lettuce.
  4. Cook as follows: Place the burger on a preheated hotplate/skillet cook for 3-5 mins on the first side, then 3 mins on the second side OR until a core temperature of 75°C is reached.
  5. Place cooked burger on the salsa.
  6. Top with a generous amount of guacamole.
  7. Sprinkle with tortilla chips.
