what you'll need

Big Al’s Prime Burger
Brioche Bun
Cream cheese mixed with garlic and chives
Sliced Jalapenos
Rocket

what to do

Warm the brioche bun on the griddle.
Place the rocket on the brioche bun.
Cook as follows: Place the burger on a preheated hotplate/skillet cook for 3-5 mins on the first side, then 3 mins on the second side OR until a core temperature of 75°C is reached.
Place Prime Burger onto bun.
Top with cream cheese.
Add the sliced jalapenos.
