Smackin Mac and Cheese fritter, crispy and melty paired with 100% Irish Prime beef and topped with crisp streaky bacon

Big Al’s Prime Burger
Brioche Bun
Melted Gouda
Mayo Sauce
Crunchy Fresh Lettuce
Crisp Streaky Bacon
Mac & Cheese Fritter

what to do

Toast the Brioche Bun.
Layer some mayo on the bun.
Add the crunchy lettuce.
Cook as follows: Place the burger on a preheated hotplate/skillet cook for 3-5 mins on the first side, then 3 mins on the second side OR until a core temperature of 75°C is reached.
Melt the gouda on the burger.
Place Prime Burger with melted cheese on top.
Add the crispy bacon.
Top with a delicious Mac & Cheese Fritter
