Moo-shroom Burger

Pair our exciting moo-shroom burger with melted mushroom, onion, bacon, spinach and deli delicious brioche bun for a burger that both wows and delights instantly

  1. Toast up your Deli Delicious Brioche Bun.
  2. Layer the mayo into your bun.
  3. Add the baby spinach.
  4. Cook as follows: Heat the Big Al’s Moo-shroom burger at 200°C on a hot plate. Cook for 3.5mins, flip and cook for a total cook time of 6 mins. Ensure the burger reaches 75 °C
  5. Fry the onion, bacon bits, and mushroom.
  6. Place burger on bottom of the bun.
  7. Top with onion, mushroom and bacon.
