Deli Delicious Brioche Bun
Mayo
Mixed leaves
Gouda cheese slice
Crispy onions
Grilled mushrooms

what to do

Lightly toast the Deli Delicious Brioche Bun.
Layer the mayo.
Add the mixed leaves.
Cook as follows: Place the Big Al’s Moo-shroom Burger on a preheated hotplate/skillet cook for 7.5-8.5 mins OR until a core temperature of 75°C is reached.
Place burger on bun.
Top with melted gouda,
Add grilled mushrooms.
Finish the build off with crispy onions.
