what you'll need

Beetroot Bun
15g Mayo
10g Rocket Leaves
Beefroot Burger
30g Mild Soft Goats Cheese
Sliced Cucumber
20g Avocado

what to do

Remove burger from packaging and place on a hot plate or skillet.
Cook as follows:Place the burger on a preheated hotplate/skillet cook for 7.5-8.5 mins OR until a core temperature of 75°C is reached.
Smear a layer of mayo on the bun.
Add a generous dollop of gauacamole.
Place the Beefroot burger on top.
Add some soft goats cheese.
Layer some cucumber on top of the cheese.
